Suppose an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract. In that case, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you that our obligations under the Contract will be suspended, and the time for the performance of our duties will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.

Price and Payment:
You must pay for the Products (including all applicable delivery charges), and we will charge the card you chose to pay for your order once you reach the final billing page and submit your order.

We reserve the right to change the prices on Our Site at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

If there is a bank problem with your payment, our store is not responsible for the amount paid.

Return and Refund:
Please be very careful when placing an order because it is impossible to edit (size, color, etc.), return and refund, or exchange the order after it has been placed.

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a refund (or replacement in some situations) if you contact us within five days of product delivery.
Please note that to request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within five days after delivery and report the issue to us.
You must take one or more explicit photos of the product defect to report an issue and send them to us. Please note that the images must be suitable for our technical team's review, so after sending the photos, we may ask you to take a photo of the product defect again according to the instructions we sent you and send it to us.

Agreeing to the request for a refund or exchange is subject to our technical team's confirmation of the product defect. Our technical team will do its best to carry out the necessary checks as soon as possible.

Note that if the product has a problem, you should not use the product or remove the product tags (such as the size tag, etc.)

The sizing of the products may be 1-2 cm different from the information in the sizing table; a difference of up to 2 cm is not considered a problem. Also, if the printing area is shifted by 1-2 cm, it is not considered a problem.

After the technical team approves it, your refund request will enter the payment process. It takes 20 to 30 working days for the refund to be processed.

Note that a small amount may be deducted for transaction fees when refunding, and the rest of the amount will be deposited for you.
Shipping:
Note that we use subcontractors to ship our products. Our contractors allow us to send our products to the world with the most reliable shipping companies, such as DHL, UPS, Asendia, and USPS. (So that you know, our contractors may use postal service providers other than those listed.)

Note that due to international and commercial restrictions, it is not possible to send to some countries. Before placing an order, see the list of countries with these restrictions.

When your order reaches the sending stage, a tracking code will be issued for the orders, which will be emailed to you. If you are still waiting to receive the tracking code, contact us through the communication methods mentioned on the contact page.

When placing an order, enter your postal information correctly. After placing the order, it is impossible to change the address.

Suppose you need to enter postal information correctly, and the shipment is sent to the wrong location. In that case, our store is not responsible for this. In this case, the additional costs must be paid by the customer.

If the order is sent to the address you mentioned, but you cannot receive it, our store is not responsible.

We do our best to deliver the orders to our customers in the best condition. We also work with the best contractors to ship our orders, but some factors are beyond our control. So, note that our store is not responsible for damage caused by shipping.

The damage caused by the shipment should be followed up through the shipping company that sent the shipment.
It is recommended that you report it to the shipping company and us if you notice that the packaging is in an unusual condition (For example, if the packaging was torn, wet, or distorted, etc.) when you receive the order.
It is also suggested that clear photos be taken of the abnormal condition of the packaging in such circumstances.
Cancel the Contract:
We end the Contract if you do not pay us when it is due.

We terminate the Contract if your payment suffers from banking problems and is not transferred to our Account.

We end the Contract if You do not provide us with the information necessary to deliver the products within a reasonable time of our request.

We end the Contract if you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the Products to you or if you are unavailable to receive the delivery.

We end the Contract if the Products you have ordered are no longer available.

If the Contract is terminated, a refund will be paid depending on the conditions. (For example, If the product you ordered is unavailable, the amount paid will be returned to you. Or, if the order is packed for you (even if it has yet to be sent), no refund will be made.)

Determining how many percent of the paid amount will be returned depends on our technical team. Our technical team reserves the right not to give any explanation to the customer. (Although our technical team will try to explain this to the customer, our technical team is optional to do so.)

In case of termination of the Contract, the support team will inform you via email. Please note that this process will take some time. E-mail system malfunctions (such as not sending e-mail) are out of the support team's responsibilities.
